Max Pelayo (born March 21, 2002) is a young actor from Austin, TX, passionate about every facet of the art of film, from telling the important stories of the characters he portrays on-screen to the hard work that goes on behind the camera. From a young age, it was clear that being an actor was what Max aspired to do, and he has always embraced and valued the work it would take to get there.
Max stars as Aristotle Mendoza in the movie adaptation of Benjamin Alire Sáenz's novel, Aristotle and Dante Discover the Secrets of the Universe.
Also known for his performance in Panic and Marisol.

Reese Gonzales
Born in Anaheim, CA, Reese realized that he wanted to be an actor when was cast in his elementary school’s production of Willy Wonka. Shortly after signing with an agent, he booked his first commercial. This led to the booking of more than ten commercials in the Latin and American markets including three different Honda campaigns, a Toyota Latino campaign, and most recently a campaign for AT&T.
At age 11, Reese booked the film White Shoe, which premiered at the Ferragamo museum in Italy.
In 2018, he was cast for a live reading of Aristotle & Dante Discover the Secrets of the Universe. Now,
Reese is starring in the feature film adaptation as his dream role, Dante.
A musician, Reese plays the keyboard, guitar, and drums. He loves the outdoors, and cares deeply about environmental conservation. Reese describes himself as a major science geek with his hobby being astronomy.
Reese lives in Orange County, CA with his parents, brother and sister, and his dog Teddy.

Aitch Alberto
Aitch Alberto is a writer/director born and raised in Miami, Florida. She is a Sundance Episodic Lab fellow, recipient of a Skowhegan Artist Residency, a Yaddo fellowship, a Latino Screenwriting Project Fellowship, and an alumnus of the Outfest Screenwriting Lab. Aitch has written on DUSTER, a 1970s-set crime drama series from J.J. Abrams and LaToya Morgan for HBO Max. She also served as a writer on AppleTV+’s BAFTA and Film Independent Nominated anthology series LITTLE AMERICA from Lee Eisenburg, Sian Heder, Alan Yang, Kumail Nanjiani, and Emily V. Gordon.
Most recently, Aitch has adapted and directed the NYT's Best-Selling young adult novel ARISTOTLE AND DANTE DISCOVER THE SECRETS OF THE UNIVERSE by Benjamin Alire Saenz. The film was produced by Lin-Manuel Miranda and Eugenio Derbez and made its world premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival to rave reviews and 100% on Rotten Tomatoes.
She has been included on The Black List's inaugural Latinx List, as well as the Tracking Board's Hit List and Young & Hungry List, and NALIP's list of "Latinx Directors You Should Know". Aitch has most recently been featured on Variety’s 10 Directors To Watch for 2022 and Indiewire’s 22 Rising Female Filmmakers to watch in 2022. Mostly recently, Vogue Poland named her one of this generations female defining voices.

Derbez was born and raised in Mexico City and resides in Los Angeles, is married to Alessandra Rosaldo, and has 4 children.
